In March 2011, during one such trial, Mr. Sack’s client, a construction worker on a scaffold which collapsed underneath him, went to trial against the General Contractor who failed to provide safety equipment or a proper scaffold. The result was for the injured construction worker as well as his wife for over $4,200,000. There was no appeal. Mr. Sack has thousands of personal injury & medical malpractice settlements through trial, arbitration, mediation, inquest, and judgment.
